We’re working with a brilliant not-for-profit organisation in the heart of London, home to a portfolio of stunning, flexible venues used for everything from weddings and conferences to live music and community events.
As Sales & Events Manager, you’ll lead business development, drive venue hire income, and oversee a small, passionate team. Your work will directly support the charity’s mission — helping young people from around the world achieve their academic ambitions.
With versatile spaces and a vibrant client mix — from charities and local authorities to corporates and the live music sector — this is a unique opportunity to blend commercial success with social purpose.
You’ll shape the sales strategy, nurture key relationships, and represent the venue at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions — including at iconic London institutions like the Houses of Parliament.
What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate the small and closely knit meetings and events sales team

Drive new business and grow existing accounts across multiple sectors (No KPI's)

Collaborate with operations, catering, and marketing for flawless event delivery

Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans

Analyse booking data, produce reports, and manage forecasting tools

Represent the venue at high-profile industry and networking events
