Established in 2016, I bring over 25 years of experience in the industry, having worked with prestigious agencies in secretarial recruitment before transitioning to headhunting within the investment banking sector. I then joined one of my clients gaining valuable in-house experience with a leading  investment bank.

 

I recognized the need for a more personalized and efficient recruitment service, leading to the creation of MJ&CO Recruitment. By leveraging our extensive network and understanding of both the agency and employer perspective, we are able to streamline the recruitment process and provide our clients with the best talent in a timely manner.
