Office Manager/EA to join extremely successful environmental communications agency,  London.

 

My client is looking  to hire an entrepreneurial and efficient Office Manager/PA to support the rapid expansion of this ground-breaking environmental communications agency.

 

The ideal candidate will have solid experience  (3 years plus) in a similar role and work directly with the CEO.

​

The role is extremely varied and requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

It will suit someone who really wants to get stuck in and make a difference.   

​

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Provide EA support to CEO including: 

    • Complex diary management, both business and personal

    • Creating detailed travel itineraries

    • Organising meetings, including booking venues

    • Management of personal business expenses and timesheets

    • Support with personal business admin such managing IT and telecoms issues 

  • Limited EA support for Director team 

  • Management of travel booking for team 

  • Coordinate recruitment process and new-joiner onboarding

  • Supplier and contract management 

  • Arranging team and client events 

Coordinating client hospitality in the office 

  • Implement and maintain file management system for compliance documentation

  • Managing support staff and administrative support agencies 

  • Maintaining holiday and sickness records for employees including ensuring adequate staff levels to cover holidays and peak times

  • Ad-hoc support on IT, HR, and financial administration (outsourced agencies in-place) 

  • Undertaking responsibility for first aid and health and safety checks

  • Co-ordinating and facilitating any office move

 

Essential requirements:

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent. A degree-level qualification would be advantageous, but is by no means essential

  • At least 3 years relevant experience

  • Extremely competent with Microsoft Office

  • Exceptional time management skills
