PA/ Office Coordinator - Investment.

Great opportunity for client-facing Personal Assistant/ Office Coordinator to join prestigious private investment office located in stunning offices in Mayfair.

Based front of house you will be providing seamless PA support to a COO:  Diary management, travel, expenses etc.  The role is extremely varied and involves being first point of contact, welcoming guests and investors, getting involved with HR and Events, taking responsibility for the upkeep of the office including health and safety.
 
Skills and Experience Required:

  •  Experience in similar role in a high-profile corporate environment dealing with HNWI’s.

  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and spoken. 

  • Effective administrative skills, demonstrates an ability to multi task effectively. 

  • Competence user of Microsoft Office.

  • Highly professional and well presented; can manage own workload and supports others to manage theirs. 


Up to 35 K PA.
